[Shipping & Handling]:
• Item will be shipped out within 2 business days once the payment cleared (excluding
weekends and holidays), most order will be shipped within 24 hours after receiving of payment.

• Package will be shipped by UPS, FedEx ground service.

• We must obtain a signature confirmation for any packages over $250.

• We will email the buyer with the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.

• We will ship to 48 continental US states only. Additional shipping charges will apply for residents of Alaska & Hawaii. For international shipping, please contact us. We cannot ship to U.S. PO Box or APO/FPO address, PHYSICAL ADDRESS ONLY!!!if you insisted to have ship the item to a po box address, we would charge you extra shipping cost for us ship with USPS priority mail.

• Please PROVIDE YOUR PHONE NUMBER along with paypal payment transaction, because it is need for the shipping carrier to contact you if there’s a problem with delivery.


• Buyer will be responsible for all import duties and taxes(for oversea customer)

• We only can ship to international if you pay via international wire transfer, please contact us if you agree to pay via international wire transfer.

• Even new computer, we might need to open the box to check the content before shipping without turn it on

[Return Policy]:
• 14-days return policy calculating from the time that the shipping carrier delivered the item, we charge 15% restocking fee under any circumstance, NO EXCEPTIONS, RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required, buyer must contact seller for RMA authorization before returning an item. also, all returns by shipping carrier due to customers rejecting delivery or unavailable to arrange for pickup at the shipping carrier facility will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Unauthorized returns will not be honored and may be refused upon receipt and/or shipped back at the customer’s expense.

• The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item's return authorization.

• Merchandise must be returned within 2 days of the issuance of the Return Authorization # at which time the Return Authorization # expires. Return Authorization #'s are non-renewable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• We have recorded all Serial Number and Service Tag# for every laptop we sell. So please do not attempt to return/exchange something that we do not ship.

• Shipping and handling fees are not refundable! Most of my products are offered with free shipping, meaning shipping has been included in the price to provide you with the total cost of the order. You will be refunded the purchase price less my shipping costs as soon as item is returned to us.

• We reserve the right to test all returns. All return items must be in original condition. Any returned item that is damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or in a condition that cannot resell due to customer tampering will result in a higher restocking fee of up to 95% of the sales price based on the condition of the product.

• Please do not remove the tamper sticker on the access cover or you will not be able to return the item.
